PRIOR PREVENTIVE INJUNCTION TO SUSPEND REGISTRATION WITHIN CADIN AND DRAFT AT NOTARY OFFICE BEFORE FILING OF TAX EXECUTION
Abstract
This article aims to analyze the use of preventive injunction as a procedural mean available to the taxpayer to prevent registration within CADIN and draft at notary office in the period between the tax non-payment and the filing of Tax Execution.
