INCUBADORA TECNO SOCIAL:
UMA FERRAMENTA PARA ATINGIR OS OBJETIVOS DE DESENVOLVIMENTO SUSTENTÁVEL (ODS)
Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic has posed a series of challenges to the world, affecting the functioning of the economy. Mitigation measures against the spread of Covid-19 have interfered with the development of commercial establishments, which need to adapt to the new context. Considering this problem, the "Incubadora Tecno Social" extension project, carried out by Uergs in Cachoeira do Sul - RS, initially using digital marketing tools and techniques, has been assisting small and medium-sized businesses to remain in the market despite the imposed restrictions over the past few years. This project had its first edition in 2020, the beginning of the pandemic. Its second edition was carried out in 2022 and was successful in providing courses, consultations, and tutorials to aid registered micro and small entrepreneurs. For 2023, the project aims to continue and expand its scope to serve micro and small business owners in the Cachoeira do Sul region not only in the area of digital marketing but also by offering in-person courses in other areas of Administration, such as people management, strategy, and basic finances.
