THE QUALITY OF PRODUCTS AND THE TYPES OF VICES IN THE CONSUMER DEFENSE CODE
Abstract
Brazilian legislation, through the Consumer Defense Code, establishes the obligation of suppliers to place products on the market that have the quality expected of them. In this way, the present study aims, through bibliographic research, to present notions of supplier and consumer, as well as the types of vulnerabilities that they may present. It will also be observed the types of products and services foreseen by the consumerist legislation, the forms of vices that they can present and the deadlines that the consumer has to claim them before the supplier.
