MEMORY OF THE JUDICIARY: between document and memory management
Abstract
The purpose of this article is to discuss issues related to the preservation of institutional memory in brazilian Judiciary. Therefore, some reflections on the concepts of institutional memory are proposed in the light of new initiatives inside the Judiciary that have leveraged the improvement of document and memory management policies. We analyze the terms in which institutional memory can be considered a constant construction, which balances between objectivity and multiple subjectivities, in the connection between documents, individual and social memories.
