CONFLICTS, COMMUNITY AND STATE
AN ANALYSIS IN THE LIGHT OF THE THOUGHT OF ZYGMUNT BAUMAN
Abstract
This article aims to investigate the origins of social conflicts and the way in which their emergence in an unequal society not only segregates, but hinders effective resolution and that transcends a specific dispute, thus avoiding the emergence of demands of the same nature involving similar actors. To this end, the works Liquid Love, Liquid Modernity and Liquid Fear by Zygmunt Bauman are analyzed, which, complemented by the thoughts of other authors such as Roberto Esposito and Jurgen Habermas, confronts us with the relationship built between the community and the Judiciary.
