Abstract

Contracts in commercial relations, national or international, have intensified, making legal and judicial systems determine the pace of growth and economic development of countries. This article discusses the need for legal security, with a view to producing a competitive integration in the Brazilian economy, which requires an increasing interaction between these two sciences: law and economics.
