NITERÓI CIDADE DO AUDIOVISUAL: ANALYSIS OF THE PROGRAM'S IMPLEMENTATION AND ITS CHALLENGES
Abstract
This article presents itself like a report of the implementation and previous results of the program Niterói Audiovisual Capital of Brazil, managed by the Municipality of Niterói. It is presented by the team responsable for the conception and monitoring of the actions developed by this initiative and it seachers, through these informations, strengthen channels for dialogue with the audiovisual sector and propose a critical analysis that helps us to envision the limits, gaps, challenges and possible directions to the program and to the field of public policies of culture.
