DOSSIER: MEMORY, HISTORY, ARCHIVES AND MUSEUMS OF THE JUDICIARY

The Dossier will be organized by Dr. Carlos Alexandre Böttcher (Law Judge - TJSP) and by Dr. Maria Geralda de Miranda (Executive Director - CCJF). 

 We will accept articles that reflect on:

 Memory: Intangible Cultural Heritage

 Cultural Heritage of the Judiciary: Archives, Libraries and Museums

 Memory and Forgetfulness: the importance of the Judiciary Archives

 Judicial Archives and Memory Retrieval

 History of the Brazilian Justice

 The Administration of Justice in Colonial Brazil

 The Judiciary in the Empire

 The Judiciary in the Old Republic

 The Judiciary in the New Republic

 Museums of the Judiciary and Memory

 Social representations through research into the History of the Judiciary

 Slavery in Brazil and the Judiciary

 Citizenship and the Memory of the Judiciary

 Minorities and the Memory of the Judiciary

 Document Management and Memory Management of the Judiciary

 The main authors must be Masters, Doctors, Master's Degree or Doctor's Degree students linked to graduate programs in Brazil, and may articulate themselves with the reflections and research of their advisors, as co-authors. In the case of co-authorship, it is sufficient to fulfill these conditions by only one of the authors.

 Authors must submit articles until July 31, 2020 on the journal's website at the link below:

 The Edition will be published until August 31, 2020.

 We ask the authors to follow the rules of the journal which are in the link "submissions".

 We emphasize the need for the author to fill out, in the metadata of the submission, the linking institution, the summary of the biography and the link of the ORCID code.
